Townsville Academy of Performing Arts, a purpose-built facility, is the largest premier dance class studio complex in Townsville and North Queensland.
With six well equipped, state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned studios housed in the one complex, Townsville Academy of Performing Arts (TAPA) offers world-class teaching and choreography in its workshops, masterclasses and regular classes which provide dancing opportunities for the Academy’s students to learn dance at a local, national and international level.
Our vision is to provide young people with the opportunity to realise their dreams through dance. From the very young to the more advanced, we always encourage our students as they learn dance to consistently reach their artistic potential and in turn instil a sense of integrity and inspiration through the quality of their work.
